خصوصيتك تهمنا. "باريستا دروب للبيع عبر الإنترنت" (رخصة تجارية رقم 1639032، دبي) هي الجهة المسؤولة عن بياناتك، وهذي السياسة توضح وش نجمعه وليش ونستخدمه، وفق قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية الاتحادي الإماراتي (رقم 45 لسنة 2021).
البيانات اللي نجمعها
- الاسم والإيميل ورقم الهاتف عند إنشاء حساب
- المفضلة والوصفات اللي تضيفها
- صور كيس القهوة اللي ترفعها لاستخدامها داخل التطبيق، أو شعار عملك إذا سجّلت كمحمصة/كوفي شوب/مورّد
- حالة الاشتراك ومعاملات الشراء (عبر RevenueCat وApp Store/Google Play)
- رقم الرخصة التجارية إذا سجّلت حساب تجاري (محمصة/كوفي شوب/مورّد)
- بيانات استخدام التطبيق لأغراض تحليلية
المعالجة الآلية
بعض ميزات التطبيق تعتمد على معالجة آلية. الصور اللي ترفعها قد تُعالَج عبر مزوّدي خدمة متخصصين لهذا الغرض فقط، ولا تُستخدم لتدريب أنظمتهم.
كيف نستخدمها
نستخدم بياناتك لتشغيل حسابك، حفظ مفضلتك ووصفاتك، وعرض المحتوى والصفحات التجارية بعد مراجعتها. ما نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف ثالث.
مشاركة البيانات
نشارك بياناتك فقط مع مزوّدي خدمة يساعدوننا في تشغيل التطبيق — تشمل استضافة قاعدة البيانات، معالجة الدفع وإدارة الاشتراكات، التحليلات، والمعالجة الآلية للصور. هؤلاء المزوّدون ملزَمون باستخدام بياناتك فقط لتقديم خدماتهم لنا.
أين تُخزَّن ومدة الاحتفاظ
بياناتك تُخزَّن بأمان عبر Supabase، مع تشفير أثناء النقل وصلاحيات وصول مقيَّدة (Row-Level Security). نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك فعّال، وتُحذف خلال 30 يوماً من حذف الحساب، باستثناء ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به قانونياً.
حقوقك
تقدر تطلع على بياناتك، تصححها، تحذف حسابك بالكامل، أو توقف الإشعارات التسويقية في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق أو بالتواصل معنا.
حذف حسابك
تقدر تحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق (الحساب ← حذف الحساب)، أو بالتواصل معنا مباشرة.
المحتوى والإعلانات من أطراف أخرى
باريستا دروب منصة عرض ودليل. صفحات المحامص والكوفي شوبات والموردين، وقوائم المنتجات، وإعلانات المعلنين، وقوائم بيع المعدّات المستعملة بين المستخدمين — كلها محتوى يقدّمه أطراف آخرون ونعرضه بعد مراجعة أولية. لا نضمن دقة أو اكتمال أو تحديث الأسعار أو التوفّر أو أي معلومة يقدّمها طرف آخر.
أزرار «الشراء» وروابط المحامص تنقلك لمواقع خارجية لا نملكها ولا نشغّلها. أي عملية شراء أو دفع أو اتفاق يتم خارج المنصة (على موقع المحمصة، أو مباشرة بين بائع ومشتري في سوق المعدّات المستعملة) هو بين الطرفين وحدهما، وباريستا دروب ليست طرفاً فيه.
لا نتحمّل أي مسؤولية عن نصب أو احتيال أو تضليل أو سلعة معيبة أو خسارة تنشأ عن تعاملك مع محمصة أو بائع أو معلن، سواء عبر رابط خارجي أو داخل سوق المعدّات المستعملة. نحرص على الإشراف ونحذف ما يُبلَّغ عنه، لكن المسؤولية النهائية عن التحقق قبل الدفع تقع عليك. لو لاحظت قائمة أو إعلاناً مشبوهاً، بلّغنا على الإيميل أدناه.

Your privacy matters to us. Baristadrop For Online Selling (Dubai commercial license No. 1639032) is responsible for your data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we use it, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.
Data we collect
- Name, email, and phone number when you create an account
- Your favorites and any recipes you submit
- Coffee bag photos you upload for use within the app, or your business logo if you register as a roaster/cafe/supplier
- Subscription status and purchase transactions (via RevenueCat and App Store/Google Play)
- Trade license number if you register a business account (roaster/cafe/supplier)
- App usage data for analytics purposes
Automated processing
Some app features rely on automated processing. Photos you upload may be processed by specialized service providers for that purpose only, and are not used to train their systems.
How we use it
We use your data to run your account, save your favorites and recipes, and display content and business pages after review. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data sharing
We share your data only with service providers that help us operate the app — including database hosting, payment processing and subscription management, analytics, and automated image processing. These providers are bound to use your data only to provide their services to us.
Where it is stored, and for how long
Your data is stored securely via Supabase, encrypted in transit, with restricted access via Row-Level Security. We retain your data while your account is active, and delete it within 30 days of account deletion, except where retention is legally required.
Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, delete your account entirely, or opt out of marketing notifications at any time, from within the app or by contacting us.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and all your data at any time from within the app (Account → Delete account), or by contacting us directly.
Third-party content, listings, and advertising
Barista Drop is a display and directory platform. Roaster, cafe, and supplier pages, product listings, advertiser content, and peer-to-peer used-equipment listings are all supplied by third parties and shown after basic review. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any price, availability, or other information provided by a third party.
"Buy" buttons and roaster links take you to external websites that we neither own nor operate. Any purchase, payment, or agreement made off the platform (on a roaster's website, or directly between a buyer and seller in the used-equipment marketplace) is solely between those parties. Barista Drop is not a party to it.
We accept no liability for fraud, scams, misrepresentation, defective goods, or losses arising from your dealings with a roaster, seller, or advertiser, whether via an external link or within the used-equipment marketplace. We moderate content and remove reported items, but the final responsibility to verify before paying rests with you. If you spot a suspicious listing or advertisement, report it to the email below.
